Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of this sign-up page and to the early-bird offer below. SpotMe is launching soon. When you create a SpotMe account, the full Terms of Service for the app will apply as well.
1. Registering your interest
- Registering is free. It doesn’t create a SpotMe account, take any payment, or oblige you to subscribe to or buy anything.
- Please give accurate details. Each email address can register once.
- By ticking the box on the form, you agree to us emailing you about the launch and your early-bird offer. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
2. Early-bird offer: 50% off SpotMe Pro
- Spots are given out in the order we receive registrations. The sign-up page shows how many are left.
- The discount applies to a SpotMe Pro subscription once SpotMe has launched. When we launch, we will email everyone who has secured a spot with the details, including how to claim it and how long the discount lasts.
- The offer is personal to you. It can’t be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless we say so.
- We may withdraw a spot if we reasonably believe a registration is fake, duplicated, automated or abusive.
- If we decide not to launch SpotMe or SpotMe Pro, the offer ends and we will let you know.
3. About the information on this page
This page is a preview of SpotMe. Features and launch timing may change, and the app preview uses sample data for illustration. Gym information (such as addresses, prices and opening hours) is provided for convenience and may not always be current, so please confirm with the gym directly.
4. Using this page properly
Please don’t use automated tools to register, submit false details or someone else’s details, or interfere with how the page works.
5. Our responsibility
This page is a free preview, provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available but can’t promise it always will be. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
